We respect the right to choose to take risks in life. We acknowledge the risk of harm, abuse or violence which some people with disability may face when using disability services.

Ethical-Treatment

 Respecting the value of people who have a disability and their rights. Lived-experience of those who have a disability is paramount.

Evidence-Based and Competence

We consider if there is evidence that the support offered or provided is effective and beneficial for someone with disability support requirements. We always seek expert advice if it's needed to benefit our clients.

We do not discriminate in our services, procedures, policies and hiring on the basis of race, ethnicity, age, gender, gender identity/ expression, sexual orientation, mental health, personal beliefs or disability.
